The square neck on these carriage bolts grabbed the wood perfectly while I was assembling a heavy-duty workbench, no spinning at all. The zinc coating looks clean and even, and the full 15-inch length was exactly what I needed for thick timber.

I needed extra-long bolts for a heavy-duty gate hinge, and the 15-inch length was perfect for going through a thick beam. The zinc coating looks solid and should keep rust at bay in this damp climate.

These bolts fit perfectly in my 6x6 posts for a pergola project. The square neck grabbed the wood exactly as intended, and the zinc coating looks clean and uniform across all 25 pieces.
