The square neck on these carriage bolts really digs in and prevents spinning as you tighten them down, which saved me a ton of frustration on my deck rebuild. They threaded smoothly into the pre-drilled holes and the zinc finish looks clean and uniform across all 100 pieces.

The zinc plating is holding up nicely after a week of outdoor use, no rust spots yet on the whole hundred pack. The fully threaded shaft made it easy to cinch down a heavy gate frame without needing extra washers.

The square neck really grabs the wood and holds tight while you tighten the nut—no spinning or cursing like with regular bolts. The zinc plating looks clean and even across all 100 pieces, and the fully threaded body made my fence repair a much smoother job than I expected.
