I've been using these HNBR o-rings on a fuel system rebuild and the 80 durometer feels noticeably firmer than standard Buna-N, which gives me confidence they’ll hold up under the heat. They seated perfectly in the groove without any extra effort.

Used these in a high-temp engine bay application where standard Buna-N would have melted. The 80 durometer is noticeably stiffer than other o-rings I've tried, but they sealed perfectly on the first try and haven't leaked a drop.

Finally got around to replacing the old seals on my compressor and these HNBR ones slipped right in without any fuss. The -40°F to 300°F range is exactly what I needed for the outdoor unit, and the 80 durometer feels firm but not brittle. Already ordered another pack for spares.
