I needed a -431 size for a high-heat application, and these HNBR rings handled the 280°F oil bath without any swelling. The 80 durometer feels firm but sealed perfectly on the first try.

Finally got these to rebuild my pneumatic actuator, and the 80 durometer feels noticeably firmer than the standard ones I used before. No leaks so far, and they slid into the groove without any struggle.

Fit perfectly on the hydraulic coupling I was rebuilding, and the 80 durometer is exactly the firmness I needed for that high-pressure seal. The -40°F rating is a bonus since my shop isn’t heated.
