The nylon has just the right amount of give, so it doesn't crack when I torque it down, and the 0.290" diameter lines up cleanly with my #6 hardware. I've already burned through a third of the bag on a wiring project and haven't had a single split or misshapen piece yet.

Got these for a wiring project where I needed to keep fasteners from grounding out on metal panels. The 0.290" outer diameter sits perfectly in the countersunk holes I drilled.

The natural nylon feels durable yet slightly flexible, making installation easy on the #6 fasteners I was using. They hold up well under moderate torque without cracking.
