Used one of these to replace a gasket in a high-temp steam valve at work, and so far it's holding up perfectly at 350°F. The metal-detectable feature adds peace of mind for food processing, and the 70-durometer silicone is firm but still seals well against the flanges.

I was pleasantly surprised by how pliable these silicone o-rings are despite being 70 durometer, and the metal detectable feature gives me peace of mind in my food processing equipment. They fit the 5.359" inner diameter perfectly with no stretching issues.

The high temp rating is exactly what I needed for a hot water valve seal, and the metal detectable feature gives me peace of mind in our food processing line. Fits perfectly and seems well-made, though I wish they offered a slightly softer durometer option for less critical applications.
