Finally got my stubborn pulley keyed in place with these long set screws. The hex socket drive let me really crank down the torque without stripping.

The hex socket drive made getting these into a tight spot under the workbench so much easier than I expected. The cup point tip held the screw steady on the driver without any wobbling. Exactly what I needed for a sturdy repair.

Used a few of these #1-8 x 4-1/2" cup point screws to secure a metal bracket in a tight corner—the hex socket drive made it easy to get full torque without slipping. The alloy steel feels solid, and the cup point tip really grabs the material nicely.
