Installed a few of these to lock down a pulley on a custom fixture, and the hex socket made tightening in that cramped spot way easier than a hex key. The 3-1/2 inch length gave just enough reach without being unwieldy.

The cup point bites into the shaft nicely and the alloy steel feels plenty tough for the torque I put on them. Only gripe is the 3-1/2" length is a bit long for some of my tighter spots, but for the price per piece these are hard to beat.
