I've been using these solid rivets for a few small panel repairs, and the universal head sits flush without snagging. The 1100 aluminum is soft enough to set easily with a hammer and bucking bar, yet holds securely once in place. Perfect for light sheet metal work where you need a permanent, clean-l

Picked up a pack for a panel repair on my boat trailer, and the universal head seated perfectly flush in the countersunk holes. The 1100 aluminum is soft enough to peen without much effort, which saved me a lot of time. Glad I went with the 1000-pack, since I’ll have plenty left for future projects.

I needed a hundred or so of these for a small sheet metal repair, and the whole pack arrived neatly packed without any bent or missing rivets. The 1/16 x 1/8" size set perfectly with my hand riveter, and the universal head sits flush against the panel.
