I needed exactly 100 standoffs for a batch of panel mounts, and every single one threaded in smoothly without any burrs. The aluminum feels sturdy enough for light circuit board spacing, and the uniform length saved me time measuring.

Needed a handful for mounting a small control board, and these aluminum standoffs fit perfectly—the threads caught smoothly without any cross-threading. Light enough not to add extra weight, yet they feel solid once tightened. Exactly what I was hoping for.

Finally found a bulk pack of aluminum standoffs that actually fit perfectly under my project boards without any burrs. The threading is clean all the way through on every single one of the hundred pieces.
