The aluminum body makes these standoffs light enough to not weigh down the board, and the #8-32 threading caught cleanly on the first try. Exactly what I needed for mounting a few small panels without fuss.

The swage action seated them perfectly flush into the aluminum panel on my first try. These #8-32 standoffs are just what I needed for stacking a few small PCBs without any wobble.

Exactly the right length for mounting a PCB in my latest project, and the aluminum construction keeps the weight down. The threads cut cleanly with no binding, and the fifty-pack means I’ve got spares for the next build.
