Fixed a stripped out #6-32 hole in an aluminum bracket, and these inserts tapped in cleanly without any chips binding up. The 25-pack is great to have on hand for future repairs.

The 18/8 stainless steel finish feels properly machined, and all 25 inserts threaded in cleanly without any binding. They’ve held up fine in a few assembly projects where I needed a solid rethread, no complaints so far.

I’ve used these to repair stripped holes in some brackets and the 18/8 stainless is holding up great so far. The #6-32 threading cut clean and the 25-pack gives you plenty of extras for practice.
