The mil-spec designation is what sold me, and these inserts have held up perfectly in my general assembly jigs without any stripping. The pack of ten is a fair amount for the price, and the threads are clean and consistent on every single one.

I needed imperial-sized thread inserts for a quick repair job, and these matched the specs perfectly with a clean, snug fit. The mil-spec threading held up well when I torqued the bolt down, no stripping at all.

The flared base on these inserts grabbed perfectly in the thin steel I was working with. They seated flush without any stripping, and the pack of ten gave me exactly enough spares for a small jig I was building.
