Replaced the old worn-out seals on my hydraulic manifold and these Viton rings handled the 350°F operating temp without any softening. The 90 durometer hardness made them easy to seat without pinching, and a hundred fifty pieces should last me years.

The 90 durometer feels noticeably firmer than the standard 70, which gives me confidence they won't deform under heat cycling near our oven. The 1.424" ID fit perfectly on the flange without any struggle.

I needed o-rings that could handle high heat, and these Viton ones with the 90 durometer are perfect for my hydraulic setup. They fit the groove precisely and feel much tougher than the standard Buna-N I was using before.
