The hex head on these M14 bolts makes them easy to grip with a standard socket, and the partial threading really helps when you need a clean shoulder fit. I used them to secure a press frame and all thirty pieces held torque consistently without any stripping.

Been using these for a heavy equipment frame repair and the 10.9 grade steel hasn't flexed a bit under torque. The partial threading made alignment a lot easier than fully threaded bolts would've been. Solid pack for the price.
