The zinc plating looks even and clean across all 500 pieces, and the Class 10.9 hardness means they torqued down without stripping. Fully threaded all the way to the head, which made cinching up a steel bracket assembly much easier than dealing with half-threaded bolts.

The hex heads on these grab a socket perfectly, no rounding even with a breaker bar on a stuck assembly. Zinc plating looks uniform and the 10.9 rating gives me confidence for high-torque applications. Went through the whole box of 500 for a production run and not a single bad thread.

Installed a set of these on a heavy jig frame yesterday and the fully threaded length made alignment a breeze. The hex heads seated perfectly with a standard socket, no stripping at all. For the price per piece, these are tough to beat.
