The partially threaded design makes these screws perfect for when you need to draw two materials tight without the threads binding up. The hex head grips nicely with a standard socket, and the yellow zinc coating looks like it will hold up well in my workshop.

Grade L9 alloy steel is no joke — these bolts took the full torque on our press frame without a hint of stretch. The yellow zinc coating is evenly applied and the hex heads grabbed clean with a socket. Wish they came in a 50-pack, but 15 is enough for a solid retrofit.
