I've been using these 1/2-13 x 6" socket cap screws for a jig I'm building, and the 316 stainless steel feels really solid and resistant to corrosion. The partially threaded design made installation smooth without any binding issues.

The threads are clean and the hex socket drive sits perfectly flush, so they seat without any wobble in my fixture. I’ve used them for a jig build and the 316 stainless finish feels solid, not flimsy at all. Only wish the partial threading went a bit further up, but they’ve held up great so far.

Pulled these out of the package and the threads were perfectly clean and sharp, and the 316 stainless feels rock solid. Used them to mount a heavy-duty assembly rig and they fit the hex socket without any wobble. Exactly what I needed for a marine environment where rust isn't an option.
