Finally found a stainless socket screw that doesn't round out with moderate torque; these held up perfectly on my tooling jig.

Threads are clean and the hex socket drive seated perfectly on my Allen key, no wobble or stripped edges. I used them to swap out some worn bolts on a jig I run daily, and they held tight through a few hundred cycles without a hint of corrosion. Exactly what I needed for a precision assembly.

The 316 stainless is noticeably denser and slicker-feeling than the 304s I've handled, so these should hold up far better in damp shop air. Threads were clean all the way through, and every single one of the 200 seated without a hitch in my jig plate.
