The square neck on these bolts gripped the wood perfectly without any spinning, which made installation a breeze. I needed long fasteners for building a heavy play structure, and the 18-inch length gave plenty of bite into the posts.

Used a few of these on a heavy-duty gate hinge project and the square neck grabbed the wood just as it should. Only complaint is a couple bolts had slightly rough threads that needed a little persuasion with a wrench. Still got the job done for a fair price.
