I needed these for a jig I was building, and the hex socket drive let me torque them down precisely without stripping. The black oxide finish gave them a nice, uniform look that resisted fingerprints during assembly.

The threads on these M24 screws are cut clean and the 10.9 alloy steel feels properly hardened, not brittle like some cheaper sets I've handled. I used them to hold down a heavy jig plate and haven't had to retorque once.

Was a bit worried about the black oxide finish holding up, but it's held perfectly on the press tooling I use these for. The hex socket drive gives a nice, secure fit with my allen wrench, and the partial thread made alignment much easier on the jig than a fully threaded bolt would have.
