These hex bolts threaded in smoothly with a standard 17mm socket, and the 200mm length was perfect for the jig I’m building. The partial threads made clamping a thick steel plate easy without having to chase threads the whole way.

I needed 200mm bolts for a heavy frame repair, and these delivered without any stripped threads. The hex heads hold firm with a standard socket, and the Class 8.8 steel feels solid enough for the job.

The partially threaded design on these M10 bolts makes installing them into pre-tapped holes much faster than fully threaded ones. I used them to secure some heavy machinery feet and the Class 8.8 steel feels plenty strong for the job.
