Used a pack of these to repair stripped threads on an engine mount, and the 304 stainless steel held up perfectly under torque. The self-locking tangs seated cleanly and none of them spun out during installation. Exactly the durability I needed for a permanent fix.

Installed a full pack of these across several jigs and they seated cleanly every time; the 304 stainless gives a nice, solid feel when the bolt runs in. Only knock is the tang removal takes a few extra seconds with my tool, but no binding issues at all.
