The chamfered end made alignment much easier than I expected when pressing these into tight holes. For the price, you get a solid batch of hardened pins that hold their tolerance well under heavy use.

The ground finish is noticeably smoother than cheaper pins I’ve used, so they press in without scoring the bore. Fit was tight on the first try for my jig alignment, and the chamfer started each one cleanly. A solid value for a precise setup.

The chamfered end made starting these pins in tight alignment holes much easier than standard straight dowels. They press-fit perfectly into my fixture blocks with no wobble, exactly what I needed for precise assembly work.
