The knurled cup point really bites into the shaft, so it stays locked even with vibration. I’ve used these on a few small indexing setups, and the black oxide finish seems to resist rust better than the plain steel ones. For the price of a hundred pieces, it’s hard to beat this quality.

The hex socket drive made tightening them into tapped holes a breeze, and the black oxide finish looks clean and professional once installed. Only gripe is the 3/16" length is a bit short for thicker shaft collars, but for clamping thin components they do the job perfectly.
