The cup point bites in beautifully on both aluminum and steel shafts, and the hex socket lets me torque them down in spots where a hex key barely fits. I’ve used maybe half of the 500 for jigs and fixtures, and not one has stripped or rusted after a month of shop use.

Used these to secure a railing on my boat, and the 316 stainless handles the salt spray beautifully. The hex socket drive made tightening them in awkward corners a breeze.

I was worried about corrosion in my marine project, but these 316 stainless hex screws fit perfectly in tight spots and feel solid. The cup point tip seated flush without stripping like cheaper ones do. A solid value for the quantity.
