The hex socket drive really lets you crank these down in tight spots without stripping. They have a solid grip once seated, and the oval point centers perfectly in my fixture alignment work.

These oval point screws fit perfectly into the alignment holes I was working on, and the alloy steel feels solid without being brittle. I used them to secure a heavy jig in a tight spot, and the hex socket made torquing them down a breeze.

The hex drive really grips the bit without any cam-out, even when I'm torquing them down in a cramped corner of a jig. The oval point seats flush against the wood without splitting it. These are working great for my metal-to-wood fastenings.
