I needed some heavy-duty 7/8-9 bolts for a large press rebuild, and these USA-made grade 8s with the yellow zinc drove perfectly with a socket. The threads were clean right out of the package, no chasing required.

Heads are clean and the threads cut smoothly, no binding when I torqued them into the equipment frame. The yellow zinc finish looks uniform across all twenty, and the grade 8 marking is crisp. These are exactly what you want for heavy machinery without hunting for a specialty shop.

These Grade 8 bolts threaded in perfectly on my press, and the yellow zinc finish looks like it’ll hold up well. I’ve used cheaper import bolts before, but the quality difference is obvious with these.
