Having just put these to use on a heavy-duty jig, the partially threaded design made alignment much easier than fully threaded bolts. The hex head grabbed securely with a socket, no stripping even under solid torque.

I needed some heavy-duty bolts for reassembling a large press, and these class 10.9 hex heads are definitely up to the job. The yellow zinc coating seems tough and the partial threading made alignment much easier than fully threaded ones.

These bolts fit perfectly for mounting a heavy motor mount on my lathe. The Class 10.9 rating gives me confidence they'll hold up to the vibration without loosening. I'm glad I went with the partially threaded version for this specific application.
