Wrench slipped once and I dinged the head, but the threads still cut clean into the steel plate with zero binding. For thirty millimeters, these are plenty stout for framing a jig.

These are holding up better than the cheaper bolts I used to use on my press table. The Class 8.8 steel feels solid, and the fully threaded shaft grabs evenly.

The hex heads fit my socket wrench perfectly without slipping, and the 30mm length was just right for bolting down a heavy motor mount. I've used cheaper bolts before that stripped easily, but these 8.8 steel ones held firm under torque.
