I was pleasantly surprised at how cleanly these threaded into the steel frame I'm assembling; the partial threading made starting them by hand easy. The hex drive grabbed firmly without any slippage, even when torquing them down. Solid value for a bulk pack of 1000.

Packed a full 1000 in the box which was exactly what I needed for a big assembly job. The hex head held up well under torque wrench tightening without any stripping.

Threads cut clean and the hex heads seated perfectly with a socket wrench on our assembly line—no stripped corners or wobble. These M8-1 x 40mm bolts feel solid for the price, though a thousand in one box is a lot to store.
