This 1-1/2" Type D cam & groove coupler is part of the Ever-Tite Basic 8 (camlock) series, manufactured from aluminum. Female cam coupler end with a female NPT threaded port. Connects by hand with no tools required for fast, leak-resistant transfer of materials at low pressure.

The aluminum body is way lighter than I expected, which makes it easier to handle when I'm swapping hoses in the yard. Threads on the female NPT side sealed up clean with a bit of tape, no drips after a week of running water through it. Cam arms lock down firmly by hand, no tools needed.
