The oval head sits flush against the aluminum sheet I was riveting, which looks much cleaner than a standard round head. It took a bit of practice to get the rivet set depth just right, but once dialed in they hold very securely.

Used a handful to fasten some aluminum panels and they set cleanly with minimal deformation. Would’ve liked a slightly larger head for better hold on thinner sheets, but the consistent sizing in the package made up for it.
