I’ve been through a lot of o-rings that crack in high-heat applications, but these Viton ones hold up at 400°F without any issue. The 2.475" inner diameter seated snugly with no stretching or fuss, and the 75 durometer gives just the right firmness.

Used these to replace a leaky gasket on a hydraulic fitting, and they sealed up tight right away. The 75 durometer feels firm but not brittle, and so far no issues at 180°F. Only slight gripe is the packaging could be a bit more durable for storing leftovers.

These fit perfectly on the valve cover bolts of my old diesel engine. The Viton material feels a bit stiffer than the Buna ones I used before, but they should hold up to the higher temps. Just wish the package had a few more extras for the price.
