The threading on these 4-1/2" socket cap screws is clean and consistent, which made installing them in a jig project straightforward. The 18/8 stainless steel feels solid and resists corrosion better than the zinc-plated ones I used before.

Button head lets me get a hex key on them easier than a standard cap screw, and the stainless steel finish is clean. Used a dozen to mount some brackets in a damp basement and they drove in perfectly without any galling.

I needed some longer 1/4-20 screws for a jig I’m building, and these 4-1/2" fully threaded stainless ones fit perfectly. The hex socket drive makes them easy to tighten in tight spots.
