Used a few of these on a marine jig I'm building, and the 316 stainless is holding up perfectly against the salt spray. The partially threaded design gave me just the right grip depth for my setup.

The hex socket drive grabbed perfectly with a standard Allen key, no stripping or wobble even under heavy torque. Threads on these 316 stainless screws cut smooth and clean into my fixture, and the partial threading gave just the right grip for my jig setup.

Put these on a boat railing I was rebuilding, and the 316 stainless is already holding up better than the old zinc-coated ones did. The partially threaded design gripped nicely in the wood while still leaving plenty of thread for the nut on the back side.
