The square neck under the head seats perfectly into the wood I'm using for a raised garden bed frame, so I didn't need a second wrench to stop them from spinning. All 175 came out of the box with clean threads and the plain steel finish is exactly what I was expecting for outdoor framing.

The square neck grabbed instantly when I tightened the first one in a treated pine post—no spinning at all, which is rare with cheaper bolts. They’re plain steel so expect surface rust outdoors, but indoors these 6" lengths are plenty stout.
