The zinc plating looks even and clean, so these should hold up fine in the weather. The square neck seated perfectly into the pressure-treated wood, and the fully threaded length gave me plenty of grip for a double-nut setup on a heavy gate hinge.

The square neck under the head grabbed the wood instantly, so I didn't need a second wrench to stop them from spinning while tightening. The zinc coating looks clean and even, and all 25 threads were cut true with no burrs. For the price, these are exactly what I needed for my deck frame.
