The square neck on these carriage bolts grabs the wood really well, so they don't spin while you're tightening the nut. I've already used about half the box building a workbench and every single one threaded cleanly. For the price, you get a lot of good hardware that feels solid.

These bolts came in a sturdy box and every single one has a nice, even zinc coating. I used them for a deck repair and the fully threaded shaft gave me plenty of bite into the wood.
