Put a handful of these into a tooling fixture I was rebuilding, and the black oxide finish looks clean and resists oil stains nicely. The hex socket drive let me torque them down without any cam-out issues. Solid fasteners for the price.

Used a few of these on a jig I’m building and the nylon pellet locked them in place nicely—no wobble after a day of vibration. The black oxide finish has a good grip, and all 100 threads were clean, no burrs.

The nylon pellet locks them in place better than standard set screws I've used before. Installation was smooth with a standard hex key, and the black oxide finish looks clean on my fixture plates.
