Finally got around to swapping out the old hardware on my drill press jig—these screws seated perfectly with a hex key and the black oxide finish looks great. The nylon pellet really helped lock them in place without any thread locker.

Used them to secure a fixture plate on my milling setup, and the nylon pellet really holds tight under vibration. The thermal black oxide also gives them a clean, uniform finish that resists rust better than I expected.
