I used these to secure a heavy-duty press in my shop, and the 10.9 grade steel held up perfectly under full torque. The partial threading made it easy to get a deep bite into the frame without binding.

These bolts have a nice, clean thread cut right up to that shoulder, and the hex head fit my 24mm socket perfectly without any wiggle. The partial threading is exactly what I needed for cinching down a flange assembly. I've already ordered another pack for the next job.
