Installed these M36-4 x 290mm bolts on a heavy equipment mount, and the class 10.9 steel handles the torque without any flex. The hex head seated perfectly with my socket, no rounding at all.

The partial threading made aligning this bolt into a heavy machine base much easier than I expected, and the threads on the plain steel are sharp and clean. Tightened down fine with a standard socket, no issues whatsoever.

The hex head grabbed my 36mm socket perfectly and the class 10.9 steel feels rock solid under torque, no flex at all. I've only used it for one heavy assembly so far, but the partial threading made alignment a breeze. Exactly what I needed for the job.
