The partial threading on these M42 bolts made aligning them in the machinery mount much easier than with fully threaded ones. They tightened down firmly with a socket wrench and feel like they can handle serious torque.

Used these for mounting a heavy motor base plate — the 380mm length was exactly what I needed to reach through the frame. The Class 10.9 steel feels solid enough for the torque specs I was targeting.
