Packed these into a heavy steel bracket assembly and the 10.9 grade held torque perfectly without any stripping. The 80mm length is just right for thick flanges, and having 800 in one box saves multiple trips.

The partial threading on these M6-1 x 80mm screws makes them grip tightly without binding, and the hex heads sit flush in my socket wrench without stripping. I've used about 200 of the 800 so far and not a single one has come back loose.

I needed a bulk batch of these for rebuilding some conveyor rollers, and the 10.9 steel is holding up way better than the cheaper zinc stuff I used before. The hex heads seat cleanly without stripping, even after torquing dozens in a row.
