The zinc plating looks clean and even across all 25 pieces, and the partial threads grabbed nicely on my equipment mount without any binding. Torqued them to spec with a socket and the hex heads held up without stripping.

Installed these on a steel frame jig I've been building and the partial thread made alignment much easier than fully threaded bolts. The hex head seated cleanly with a standard socket, no slipping at all.
