I needed some heavy-duty bolts for a press rebuild, and these hex heads worked perfectly with a socket. The zinc plating looks good and should hold up in my shop environment.

The partial thread on these M18s made locating them into the tapped holes noticeably easier than fully threaded bolts. Torqued a few down to spec with a socket and the hex heads held without any stripping.

The plating is holding up great so far, even on the flange where I torqued it down hard with a socket. These partial threads seated perfectly in my equipment jig, and the 10.9 rating gives me solid peace of mind for the load.
