I’m using these M27-3 x 130mm screws to rebuild a jig for my milling machine, and the Class 12.9 alloy steel feels noticeably tougher than the old fasteners I had. The thermal black oxide finish also seems like it’ll resist rust in my shop far better than I expected.

The hex socket drive fit my torque wrench perfectly, and the thermal black oxide finish looks uniform across all five pieces. I’ve used them for a jig setup and they’ve held tight under repeated clamping without any galling.

Replaced the standard black oxide screws on a heavy-duty press fixture I use daily, and these M27-3s feel much more solid. The partial threading let me get a perfect clamp with fewer turns, and the hex drive seated without any cam-out.
