Finally got around to using these in a tooling fixture, and the black oxide finish held up perfectly against minor oil splashes. The 12.9 grade steel gives them a reassuring heft compared to standard screws.

The hex socket drive on these is cut clean and deep, so the Allen key grips without any wobble. I used them to bolt down a steel tooling plate and all 400 torqued down smoothly without a single stripped thread.
