Used these for a precision assembly on a tooling fixture and the hex socket drive made tightening a breeze. The 12.9 alloy steel feels incredibly solid with the zinc plating giving a nice, even finish.

Installed these in a jig for a milling fixture, and the partial threading made alignment much easier than full-thread bolts. The hex socket drive engaged cleanly without any stripping.

The hex socket drive held up well even under the heavy torque I applied on a jig fixture. The zinc plating seems solid so far, though I wish the threads were a bit longer for deeper embedment. Still, they fit the spec perfectly for my machinery build.
